Series Premiere of ‘Love You, Mean It’ Tonight on E!

Whitney Cummings is returning to her stand-up roots with her new weekly talk show from which to share her views on practically everything in the uniquely funny way that made her a favorite roundtable guest on “Chelsea Lately” and a go-to guest for high-profile comedy roasts. With a wide variety of special guests, field pieces, funny correspondents and her very own sidekick, stand-up Julian McCullough, Whitney takes on pop culture, entertainment news and current events as only she can. “Love You, Mean It With Whitney Cummings” premieres at 10:30pm ET/PT on Wednesday, November 28th following “The Soup” only on E!

Each week, Whitney will be doing what she does best — speaking her mind candidly and adding her own comedic take on what’s going on in the world around her. Honest and utterly unique, she will tell it like it is… and tell it like it ought to be. If it is relevant, she has an opinion about it. Whitney will open each show with her riotous take on news, the internet, and celebrities through her own views on sex and relationships. Not one to ever sit back quietly, Julian will bring his own hilarious two cents to any conversation, whether Whitney asks for it or not.

Whitney Cummings first gained attention with her sharply clever stand-up which then led to a regular spot as a round table guest on E!’s hit late night show “Chelsea Lately.” She is the creator, star and executive producer of “Whitney,” her autobiographical sitcom on NBC which begins its second season on November 14. She also co-created “Two Broke Girls” for CBS with Michael Patrick King. Over the past few years, she has been named one of Variety’s “10 Scribes to Watch,” received the “Comedian of the Year Award” at the Young Hollywood Awards, was honored as one of Entertainment Weekly’s “Comedy Stars of Tomorrow” and was named one of Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch.” With career accomplishments that include actress, writer, comedienne and producer, she is now adding host to that list with her new weekly talk show.

  1. Thanks for sharing! I’ve loved Whitney since the first time I saw her on Chelsea Lately, so it’s definitely pretty cool she has her own talk show now. Some of the gals I work with at DISH and I were just talking about it earlier today too, and we are all in agreeance that she seems to have what it takes to do just that. Granted I haven’t seen the premiere just yet since I’m away from home, but I do have it waiting for me when I return. I made sure to setup a timer to my DISH Hopper DVR before I left. Good thing I did that because apparently a lot of my favorite shows were on last night too lol. My DVR has a 2 terabyte hard drive though, so I had no problem recording this show in addition to all of my other favorites. :)
