Snowmine Featured In 2012 Coca-Cola Commercial; US Tour

Snowmine don’t just want to create music that you hear. They want to make music that you feel, that is in every breath, every corner and settles deep within the heart.

After a successful run of east coast dates and a busy 2012 in the studio recording their new record, Brooklyn’s Snowmine have their sights firmly set on the new year. The band is pleased to announce it will hit the road again this January for a US tour including performances at Tomorrow Never Knows and Savannah Stopover festivals. See a full list of tour dates below.

The band will incorporate a special interactive iPhone app called “Colorbeast” into their live performance. This program takes sound from the live show and filters it into visuals, making a kaleidoscope of effects that are projected on stage in real time. XPN comments on this experience declaring, “Brooklyn’s Snowmine envelope you in their intricate layers of texture and atmosphere.”

This holiday season, you can also hear Snowmine’s Grayson Sanders featured in Coca-Cola’s 2012 holiday commercial performing his original single “Somethings In The Air.” Grayson explains his inspiration for the song, “The story was reminiscent of a personal memory I had of getting a group of friends together that moved all across the country and how we all gathered back and reconnected. To me, its a central theme that is relevant to anyone who can understand the holidays.”
