Official trailer for Burnt with Bradley Cooper

bradleycooper-burntYes, yes I know Bradley Cooper and his hot model girlfriend Irina Shayk are trending because of their bathing suit escapades, but this post isn’t about orange bikini bottoms.

This is about Philadelphia born Bradley Cooper and his upcoming part as Adam Jones in the comedic movie Burnt.

On behalf of The Weinstein Company, check out the OFFICIAL TRAILER for BURNT – opening in theaters nationwide on October 23, 2015!

Chef Adam Jones (Bradley Cooper) had it all – and lost it. A two-star Michelin rockstar with the bad habits to match, the former enfant terrible of the Paris restaurant scene did everything different every time out, and only ever cared about the thrill of creating explosions of taste. To land his own kitchen and that third elusive Michelin star though, he’ll need the best of the best on his side, including the beautiful Helene (Sienna Miller). BURNT is a remarkably funny and emotional story about the love of food, the love between two people, and the power of second chances.

Comedy from DreamWorks ‘The Croods’ in theaters today 3/22

thecroodsThe Croods stars Nicolas Cage as Grug, Ryan Reynolds as Guy, Emma Stone as Eep, Catherine Keener as Ugga, Clark Duke as Thunk, and Cloris Leachman as Gran.

That’s quite a cast for a DreamWorks about the Croodaceous Period, which, says DeMicco, “fell between the Jurassic Age and the ‘Katzenzoic Era’. It is a world of visual splendor and grandeur that holds innumerable challenges for the beleaguered clan. And what happens…an earthquake and so they have to find a new home. How can that be funny? I’m not sure but if anyone can do it then it would be DreamWorks.

What’s going on with the characters aside for journeying to find a new home? Croods father-type Grug (voiced by Nicolas Cage) has to come to terms with daughter Eep (Emma Stone) growing older and falling in love with the more evolved Guy (Ryan Reynolds), who poses the threat of change for stubborn Grug. Ah so I see, the bigger drama here will be battle of the minds between Dad and Daughter, now I know how it’s a comedy :)

I knew Berg would become Captain Excellent

Sorry, I don’t want it to be about their relationship or about her (HER Scarlet) but she’s just absurd, maybe it wasn’t even her fault that it didn’t work out with Ryan Reynolds but she should have done whatever it took to work things out because even when he is ridiculous he is just awesome. Yes, even when he was in Two Guys, A Girl and A Pizza Place.. he was awesome!

PAPER MAN is an inspirational comedic drama about an unlikely friendship between Richard (Jeff Daniels), a failed middle-aged novelist who has never quite grown up and Abby (Emma Stone), a 17-year-old girl whose role in a family tragedy years earlier has stolen away her youth. Both are unsure, both are afraid to take firm steps forward, and both are looking for that special friend-that connection-to help guide them into the future. Since his childhood, Richard has mostly relied on the imaginary one that resides in his head-a costumed superhero known as Captain Excellent (Ryan Reynolds).

At the urging of his wife Claire (Lisa Kudrow), Richard has moved to a Long Island beach community for the winter season in order to overcome his writer’s block. There, Richard meets Abby and hires her as a weekly babysitter, even though he has no children. Their tenuous, new friendship is sparked by Richard’s awe over Abby’s homemade soup and Abby’s enjoyment of Richard’s writing and his attempts at Origami. As the season progresses and the warm, quirky friendship between Richard and Abby grows, the two begin to share with each other their dreams and life hardships. With the coming of spring, Richard and Abby discover there comes a time to let go of the imaginary friends of the past and to embrace the future as a new beginning-just as one would embrace a new and unique friendship.

PAPER MAN – Arriving on Blu-ray & DVD on January 18, 2011!
