Are you going to the SanDiego Comic-Con #IMAXSDCC

Imax Logo

My family and I went to the Philadelphia Comic-Con last month and we had a blast. It is becoming a family tradition to head to the local comic con here and next year we have vowed to wear costumes. My oldest son wore a Minecraft box head this year and it was hilarious when people asked him to stop so they could take his picture. He was tickled pink that they thought his giant cardboard head was photog worthy.

Well the SanDiego Comic-Con is coming up and it is the biggest one in the US. If we are ever able to make it out there from Delaware then I would be ecstatic. The cast from Psych normally makes an appearance and I would freak out if I was able to meet any of them.

However, I digress and must simmer down because we certainly can’t trek to the West Coast right now.

Scrink IMG_2097Thankfully folks with IMAX want to bring the SanDiego Comic-Con to the people who cannot attend the event with a swag bag of geeky goodies.

From Thursday, July 18 through Sunday, July 21, the Comic-Con streets will be populated with movie-theater-style, IMAX-branded pedicabs giving free rides to Comic-Con badge holders traveling within the Gaslamp district of San Diego, California.  For those Scrink readers who won’t be in San Diego, IMAX is giving them a chance to enjoy the events via your site, with a prize pack giveaway worth over $70.
