How about some ‘Rhythm Child’? Win their album!

“Imagine if Bob Marley. John Lennon and Otis Redding held a family music festival on Sesame Street.”

You’ll be introducing yourself and your children to intensely diverse and snazzy music. Complete with nearly every instrument you could ever think of and positive lyrics that’ll make you and your family smile and sing at home or on the go.

Rhythm Child is not just a band; it’s a movement. A husband and wife team formed the band in 2003 to encourage children to create music and improve their self esteem. The two youngest members of the band are their children Andre and Bailey, ages 4 and 9 respectively.

Lyrics for one of their songs:
“I’m going to need a little help from you tonight
To get this bedtime jitterbug right
You can do your part and I’ll do mine
Come on everybody it’s Jammy time”

“Originally released in 2003, Drum Circle Sing-A-Long is filled with both Award-winning original songs and memorable renditions of some of our “sing-a-long” favorites. This CD gives you the opportunity to share in the creativity with your child while singing, dancing, playing or just listening. Families and schools all over the country are using these songs for group stimulation and musical interaction. There are also 2 instrumental grooves included to encourage everyone to create there own songs.”

And the great news today is that we have a giveaway from Rhythm Child! You can win Rhythm Child’s “Drum Circle Sing-A-Long” album. All you need to do is leave a comment on this post (make sure to leave your e-mail address) and I will use a random number generator to choose the winner.
